Overview of Role

The Club Operations Administrator is an integral role within the Royal Geelong Yacht Club team.
The role focuses on the management of Front of House Club Operations to ensure a seamless experience for Club Members whilst at the Club.

The role provides administrative support across a variety of club activities.

  • Customer Service – provide a high level of support and assistance to club members and the public in responding to general enquiries.
  • Administrative support to Marina Manager, Finance Manager and Memberships and Communications Coordinator.
  • Implement Club and Major Event Hospitality Functions
  • Executive assistance to the Club General Manager as required.

The role is the first point of contact for member and visitors when they arrive at the club. As such, the role requires an individual with an outgoing and
friendly personality.
