Sailing, Friendship, and Fun—Just for Women
Women on Water (WOW) at RGYC is all about bringing women together to learn, sail, and connect. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to advance your skills, WOW offers a supportive, all-female environment to help you build confidence on the water while having a great time.
Our program combines hands-on training sessions, social sailing events, and specialty race days like the Women’s Helm Series—all designed to help you grow as a sailor and be part of a vibrant community.
Meet the other women in sailing, including club members and broader sailing community.
