Volunteering
The Royal Geelong Yacht Club relies on the generous donation of time from our dedicated Members. From our regular mid-week and weekend boating, through to our major regattas such as the Festival of Sails and Wooden Boat Festival of Geelong.
Volunteer roles range from shoreside assistance, such as club canteens and shore marshal, to on water roles such as safety or start boat assistance, through to race management roles at state, national and world championship events.
All volunteers are required to hold a current Working With Children Check. This is free for all volunteers. Click here for more information.
